  • Material certificates (for example EN 10204 3.1) for wetted or pressure parts, where available

Which industries does Seven Star LLC supply?
Most of our work is for oil, gas and petrochemical plants, power generation, water, wastewater and desalination, steel and metals, food and beverage production, and aerospace maintenance. The product groups are the same across sectors: instrumentation, automation, metering, analyzers, valves, fire and gas detection, NDT and rotating-equipment parts.
Can you supply equipment certified for hazardous areas?
Yes. Many instruments, detectors and enclosures are made in ATEX or IECEx certified versions. Tell us the zone, gas group and temperature class, or the existing certification marking on the nameplate, and we quote the certified version of the model. A copy of the manufacturer certificate can be provided with the order.
Do you quote according to a project specification or approved vendor list?
Yes. Send the specification or the approved vendor list with your inquiry and we quote only brands and models that comply. If a specified item is obsolete or cannot be supplied, we say so and propose the manufacturer successor or an equivalent for your approval.
Can you identify a spare part for old equipment?
In most cases, yes. A clear photo of the nameplate, the tag number and, if available, the old datasheet are usually enough. We trace the part in the manufacturer documentation and tell you whether it is still produced or which model replaces it.
Which documents come with the goods?
The manufacturer datasheet and manual, and the certificates the manufacturer issues for that item, for example a certificate of conformity, a factory calibration certificate, material certificates or a hazardous-area certificate. List the documents your site requires in the inquiry so they are included in the quotation.
Do you supply outside Oman?
Yes. We are based in Muscat and supply customers in Oman and the other GCC countries. Delivery terms and the destination are stated in each quotation.
