The item listed is the 4V210-08, a member of the 4V200 series. In Airtac’s coding the 4V2 block gives the series, 10 marks a five-port, two-position valve with a single solenoid, and 08 is the port size, which corresponds to 1/4 inch. The coil voltage is not in these digits; it follows as a letter in the complete order code, for example A for 220 VAC or B for 24 VDC, and a T marks NPT port threads.

What does 4V210-08 mean?
It is an Airtac 4V200 series directional valve: five ports, two positions, one solenoid with spring return, and 1/4 inch ports. Airtac also makes the 4V100, 4V300 and 4V400 series in other body sizes, each in 5/2 and 5/3 way versions. The digits do not include the coil voltage, which must be stated separately.
How do I find the coil voltage of an Airtac valve?
It is printed on the coil itself, for example DC24V or AC220V, and it also appears as a letter in the complete order code after the port size. Because the same valve body is sold with several coils, an inquiry without the voltage cannot be answered correctly. Send a photo of the coil label if in doubt.
Can a 4V210-08 replace a valve of another make?
