Pentair Aurora 3800 Series pumps
The 3800 Series is a single-stage end suction design: liquid enters axially and leaves through a radial discharge, with one impeller on the shaft. Pentair builds it as the close-coupled Model 3801 and the flexible-coupled Model 3804, and lists it for HVAC, chilled and hot water, pressure boosting, municipal and industrial service. The same casing size can be built with different impeller diameters and motors, so the size alone does not define the pump.

Read the nameplate on the pump casing or bearing frame. It gives the model number, the pump size, the serial number and usually the impeller diameter and rated duty.
