Seven Star LLC is an industrial supplier and engineering support company based in Muscat, Oman. What does Seven Star LLC do?
Seven Star LLC is an industrial supplier based in Muscat, Oman. We source automation, instrumentation, metering, analyzer, fire and gas, valve and rotating-equipment parts for plants in Oman and the GCC, and we back the supply with engineering support: part identification, specification checks and documentation.
Which industries do you work with?
Most of our work is for oil and gas, refining and petrochemicals, power generation, water and desalination, and general manufacturing. These are sites where the right part number and the right paperwork matter as much as the price.
Can you help if I am not sure about the part number?
Yes. Send us what you have: a nameplate photo, tag number, old datasheet or the operating conditions. We check it against the manufacturer documentation and come back with the matching model, the options that need to be specified and any accessories you will need.
What documents can you provide with an order?
On request we provide the manufacturer datasheet and manual, and for the order itself the certificates the manufacturer issues for that item, such as a certificate of conformity, calibration certificate or material certificate. Tell us what your project requires when you ask for the quote.
Do you support shutdown, maintenance and EPC purchasing?
Yes. We quote single spare parts as well as multi-line lists for shutdowns and projects. If an item is obsolete, we tell you and propose the manufacturer successor or an equivalent for your approval, so the list does not stall on one line.
