CEMB vibration transmitters and balancing equipment
Among the transmitters listed are the TR-26, the TR-27 and the TR-PRO. They are case-mounted sensors that convert absolute machine vibration into a 2-wire 4-20 mA signal for a PLC or DCS. The N600 is a portable instrument for vibration analysis and in-place balancing of rotors, the tool behind searches such as portable balancer Middle East. Where CEMB equipment is used
CEMB vibration transmitters are fitted on fans, blowers, pumps, electric motors, cooling tower gearboxes and similar auxiliary machines where a permanent protection signal is wanted without a full rack system. Portable balancers serve rotating equipment crews in power stations, cement plants and process plants in the GCC. Balancing machines go to motor rewind shops, fan builders and overhaul workshops.

A transmitter code such as TR-26/1/1/2/0 is a configuration string, and every digit selects an option. Send it complete, with the measuring range, the unit (velocity in mm/s, RMS or peak), cable or connector type and length, and the hazardous area marking if the sensor sits in a classified zone. For a balancing machine we need rotor weight range, maximum diameter and length, journal diameters, drive type and the balancing tolerance you work to.

How do I read a CEMB transmitter code like TR-26/1/1/2/0?
The letters and first number give the transmitter family, and the digits after each slash select options defined in the manufacturer's ordering table, such as measuring range, output, connection and certification. Two transmitters that look identical can have different ranges. Send the full code from the label, or a photo of it, and we will check each position against the CEMB documentation.
What is the difference between the TR-26, TR-27 and TR-PRO?
All three are CEMB vibration transmitters with a 4-20 mA loop output. The TR-PRO is the high performance model in the range. We do not advise swapping one for another by appearance. Tell us the existing code and the monitoring system input, and we will compare the manufacturer's datasheets before proposing a model.
Can the CEMB N600 balance a rotor without removing it from the machine?
Yes, that is its purpose. The N600 is a portable vibration analyzer and balancer used for field balancing in one or two planes with the rotor in its own bearings, using vibration sensors and a phase reference. The kit content varies, so tell us how many channels and which sensors, photocell and accessories you need.
Which certificates does CEMB issue for vibration transmitters in hazardous areas?
CEMB offers versions of its transmitters with hazardous-area certification, and the marking is part of the ordering code and is printed on the sensor label. The certificate applies only to that version. State the zone and gas group in your inquiry, and we will request the manufacturer's certificate and instruction manual for the exact code, to be provided with the order.
