DINSE product groups

The manual welding range covers gas-cooled and liquid-cooled MIG/MAG torches, including the PlusLine handles for the 304 and 330 series, push-pull torches and fume extraction torches. For automated welding the manufacturer offers robot torches, TIG automation and laser wire feeding. Further groups are plugs and sockets, wire feeding systems such as drum feeders, and spare and wear parts.

Ordering DINSE torches and wear parts: what we need

State the full torch designation, the cable assembly length, the cooling type and the machine-side connection on your wire feeder, either DINSE or Euro connector. Add the wire diameter and material, since liner and contact tip depend on them. For wear parts, send the DIX part name or part number, or a photo of the old part with the torch type.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the DINSE PlusLine?
PlusLine is the DINSE handle generation for the manual 304 and 330 torch series, built as the MZ 304.PLUS, M 330.PLUS and MZ 330.PLUS. It keeps the inner torch technology of those series, so the existing 304 and 330 wear parts remain compatible.
Do I need a DINSE or a Euro connector on my torch?
That depends on the socket on your wire feeder. DINSE manual torches are offered with either the DINSE connector or the Euro connector, for gas-cooled and liquid-cooled versions. Check the machine side before ordering.
What does a liquid-cooled DINSE torch need to operate?
It needs a cooling unit with coolant flow and return connected to the torch, built into the power source or added separately. Do not weld with a liquid-cooled torch without coolant flow.
What information is needed for a DINSE quotation?
The torch designation, cable length, connector type, wire diameter and material, shielding gas and quantity. For wear parts, the DIX part name or part number, or a photo with the torch type.
Is Seven Star LLC a distributor of DINSE?
No. Seven Star LLC is an independent supplier in Muscat. We source genuine DINSE torches and wear parts through commercial channels, check part numbers against the manufacturer’s documentation and supply the manufacturer’s documents with the order on request.
