Pandjiris

Pandjiris, Inc. of St. Louis, Missouri, has built weld positioning and welding automation equipment for more than 75 years. Its range includes welding positioners, manipulators, turning rolls, self-centring grippers, seam welders, slides and swivels, head and tailstocks, turntables and weld controllers. Seven Star LLC, an independent supplier in Muscat, lists the Pandjiris 30-6 positioner and sources Pandjiris positioning equipment for fabrication shops.

Pandjiris positioners and automation

Standard positioners run from small fixed-base and pinned-tilt units to power-elevating models for heavy loads, and drop-centre or gas-chambered versions are built to order. Pandjiris often combines positioners with manipulators to form mechanised cells for MIG (GMAW) and submerged arc work on pressure vessels, pipe, tanks and structural parts.

Give the model, base type and input voltage. For new applications, send the workpiece weight, its centre of gravity from the table face and its largest swing diameter. We check the rating against the Pandjiris specification sheet and provide it on request.
