Warman AH pumps are built for abrasive, high-density slurries, with heavy wall casings and replaceable liners in hard metal or rubber. Liner material, impeller type and speed are chosen for the slurry particle size, concentration and pH, and the pump is often belt-driven to set the speed for the duty.

01How do I identify a Warman AH pump for spare parts?
The nameplate shows the pump size, the frame and the type letters, along with a serial number. Wear parts are ordered by the part numbers in the component diagram for that size and frame. A clear nameplate photo plus the name of the part needed is usually enough to start.
02What duty data is needed to select a slurry pump?
Flow rate, total head, slurry specific gravity, solids concentration by weight, the largest particle size and the particle hardness, together with pH and temperature. These decide the pump size, the speed and the liner and impeller material. Without the solids data a slurry pump cannot be sized responsibly.
03Can metal and rubber wet-end parts be mixed on a Warman pump?
Material selection for liners and impellers is specific to the slurry and to the pump configuration. We do not assume interchangeability. Send the existing part numbers and the slurry description, and we check the combination against the manufacturer documentation before quoting.
