Where Lincoln Electric products are used

Low hydrogen E7018 electrodes are standard for structural steel, piping and pressure-retaining welds where hydrogen cracking has to be controlled. ER70S-6 and flux-cored wires serve shop and site fabrication, and EM12K wire with a matching flux is used for long seams on tanks, vessels and beams. These are everyday consumables for oil and gas, power and construction projects in the GCC.

Ordering Lincoln Electric consumables: what we need

Tell us the product name, the AWS classification required by your welding procedure, the diameter, the package type (can, carton, spool, coil or drum) and the quantity in kilograms or pounds. For submerged arc wire, name the flux it will be paired with. If the job requires certified material test reports or a specific batch test level, say so in the inquiry, because that has to be requested from the manufacturer with the order. For a Power Wave machine, send the model, the input voltage at your site and the wire feeder and torch you plan to use.
