Founded in 1969 and based in Essen, Germany, ifm builds industrial sensors and control components for machine and process automation, from proximity switches to pressure and distance sensors. Seven Star LLC lists ifm position, distance and pressure sensors and supplies them by exact article number to plants and machine builders in Oman and the wider Gulf region.

Ifm sensors listed on this page

ifm identifies every device with a short article number, and that number is what we order against. Three are listed here:

• O1D100: laser distance sensor for position and distance measurement
• PN7093: pressure sensor with local display
• NG5021: inductive proximity sensor with NAMUR output

Other ifm inductive sensors, pressure sensors and connection cables can be quoted on request when you send the article number.

Ordering ifm sensors: what we need

Send the six-character article number printed on the housing (two letters and four digits, or similar). If the label is worn, a photo plus the thread size, sensing range, output type and connector style is enough for us to check the part against ifm documentation. For NAMUR sensors, tell us which isolating amplifier is in the loop. Buyers in the GCC who need a successor for a discontinued article can send the old number and we will check the replacement the manufacturer names.
