WIKA
WIKA is the German manufacturer of pressure, temperature, level and flow instruments, best known for its pressure gauges. Alexander Wiegand and Philipp Kachel founded it on 2 January 1946 in Klingenberg am Main, Bavaria. The name comes from the first two letters of their surnames. WIKA is still run by the Wiegand family and is headquartered in Klingenberg. Seven Star LLC is an independent supplier in Muscat. We list WIKA pressure gauges, diaphragm seals, transmitters, switches, thermometers and thermowells, and supply them to plants, contractors and panel builders in Oman and the GCC by model and order code.

| Transmitters, switches and test gauges | A-10, UPT-20, PSM01, CPG1500 | 4-20 mA pressure signals, switching, and precision calibration checks |
| Thermometers | TG54, Model 55, A52, 73 gas-actuated | Local temperature indication on pipes, vessels and HVAC |
| Temperature sensors and thermowells | TR10, TR12-B, TR33, TC10-B, TW10 flanged, TW15 threaded | RTD and thermocouple measurement in process lines |
The WIKA model number tells you the build. In 232.50, the first digit 2 means stainless steel wetted parts, the second digit 3 means a liquid-fillable case, and “.50” is the case style. The 111 series uses copper alloy wetted parts and suits water and air. Where the medium is corrosive, very hot or would block the gauge, a diaphragm seal such as the 990.27 keeps it away from the Bourdon tube. For temperature, a thermowell like the TW10 lets you remove the sensor without opening the process.
Where WIKA instruments are used
In Oman and the GCC, WIKA gauges, transmitters and thermometers are used in oil and gas, refining and petrochemical plants, power and desalination, water networks, district cooling and HVAC, and on skids and machines from OEMs.
Ordering WIKA instruments: what we need
Send the model, dial size (for example 63, 100 or 160 mm), range and unit, connection size and position (lower or back mount), accuracy class and whether liquid filling is needed. For diaphragm seals and thermowells, add the process connection, materials and insertion length.

Frequently Asked Questions
Both are stainless steel Bourdon tube pressure gauges of the same design. In WIKA numbering the 232 version is supplied without case filling and the 233 version with liquid filling, which damps the pointer under vibration and pulsation. The 213.53 follows the same logic for a filled gauge with copper alloy wetted parts in a stainless case.
Send the model number, the nominal size, the scale range with units, the accuracy class printed on the dial, the connection thread and whether it exits at the bottom or the back. Add wetted material, filling liquid if any, and special markings such as oxygen service. A serial or article number on the label makes identification easier.
Depending on the product, WIKA can issue a 2.2 test report or a 3.1 inspection certificate to EN 10204 for wetted materials and measured accuracy, and calibration certificates for precision instruments such as the CPG1500. Hazardous area documents apply to the approved versions. These certificates are ordered with the instrument, so name them in the inquiry.
State the sensor type and connection method, for example Pt100 in 3-wire or 4-wire, the tolerance class, insertion length and neck length, the thermowell connection, the connection head type and whether a head-mounted transmitter is needed. For a replacement measuring insert, give the insert length and diameter. Area classification and required approval complete the data.
No. Seven Star LLC is an independent supplier and is not an authorized distributor or representative of WIKA. We source WIKA pressure and temperature instruments through commercial channels, check the model and options against the manufacturer's data sheets, and provide the WIKA datasheet and the certificates the manufacturer issues with the order on request.
