Ensitech is an Australian manufacturer of metal surface finishing technology, established in 2006 and based in Emu Plains, New South Wales. It designs and builds the TIG Brush, an electrochemical system that removes heat tint from stainless steel welds and passivates the surface in the same step. Seven Star LLC, an independent supplier in Muscat, lists the TBE-550 weld cleaner and sources Ensitech equipment and fluids for stainless steel fabricators.

TIG Brush weld cleaning systems

The TIG Brush combines electric current, heat and a cleaning fluid applied through a conductive brush, in place of pickling paste or abrasive work on discoloured welds. The current range covers the 330, 440, 550 and 700 control units. TBE models accept 110–230 V supplies, while TBX models are built for 220–230 V only. Each unit works with interchangeable application tools such as the Slimline torch, LokWand, PROPEL torch and Flexi Handle.

Ordering Ensitech equipment: what we need

Give the control unit model and series (TBE or TBX), the application tool you plan to use, and the stainless grade and typical weld type. For consumables, list the brush type and the cleaning and neutralising fluids by name. We check the selection against Ensitech documentation and provide the manufacturer’s specification sheet on request.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does an Ensitech TIG Brush do?
It cleans heat tint from stainless steel welds electrochemically and passivates the cleaned surface in one step, using current, heat and a cleaning fluid applied through a conductive brush. It is used as an alternative to pickling paste and abrasive cleaning.
What is the difference between TBE and TBX TIG Brush models?
According to Ensitech, TBE models run on supplies from 110 V to 230 V, while TBX models are intended for regions with 220–230 V only. The cleaning functions of the same size class are otherwise listed alike in the specification sheets.
Which TIG Brush size should I choose?
Ensitech offers the 330, 440, 550 and 700 control units. The larger units deliver more output current for heavier welds and wider brushes; compare the maximum output current and the supported application tools in each model's specification sheet against your weld sizes.
What should I send for a quotation on Ensitech equipment?
Send the control unit model and series, the application tool, the stainless steel grade, the weld process and typical weld size, and the fluids or brushes you need. For spares, give the Ensitech part code shown on the packaging or in the manual.
Is Seven Star LLC a distributor of Ensitech?
No. Seven Star LLC is an independent supplier in Muscat. We source genuine Ensitech TIG Brush equipment and fluids through commercial channels, check the model against the manufacturer's documentation, and provide the Ensitech specification sheet on request.
