Bentone

Bentone has made burners in Ljungby, Sweden, since 1954, and its program is divided simply into oil burners, gas burners and multi-fuel burners, with biogas burners as a separate group. Seven Star LLC lists the Bentone BG 400 single-stage gas burner, 61 to 320 kW, and supplies Bentone burners and burner parts to boiler and process heat users in Oman on inquiry.

Bentone gas burners and the BG 400

The BG 400 in our listing is a forced-draught gas burner in single-stage execution. Bentone states that its gas burners are approved under the Gas Appliance Regulation, and that its burners can handle modern biofuels. The firing range that applies to a particular burner depends on the gas type and the version, and it is printed on the data plate and in the manual for that article number.

Ordering Bentone burners and parts: what we need

Send the model, article number and serial number from the data plate, the gas type and supply pressure, the required output in kW, the boiler make and combustion chamber resistance, and the control voltage. For parts, name the component and add a photo of its label. Gas supply pressure differs between GCC sites and must be stated.
