Camlok

Camlok is a below-the-hook lifting clamp brand of Columbus McKinnon, supplied from Chester in the United Kingdom, and its range covers vertical and horizontal plate clamps, girder clamps, grabs, beam clamps and concrete pipe lifting gear. Each family is published with an operating manual that lists working load limits, jaw capacities and inspection rules.

Camlok CY, CX and CZ-type vertical plate clamps turn and lift plate, CH and THK clamps carry plate horizontally in pairs, CG and TTR clamps handle girders, TRU grabs pick up pipe and round stock, and BTG sets lift concrete pipe. The maker lists a 4:1 design factor on many of these clamps.
