Brüel & Kjær Vibro product families

The largest group here is rack hardware: SM-610 monitoring modules in many variants (the suffix, as in SM-610-A02 or SM-610-118, fixes the version), the PS-610 power supply module and the CI-620 communication interface. Stand-alone monitors include the VIBROCONTROL 1000, the VC-920 and the VC-868/1, alongside the AMO-622 monitoring system. Sensors include the VS-068 and VS-069 velocity sensors. The manufacturer’s present machinery protection platform is the VC-8000. Laboratory accelerometers and sound and vibration analyzers that carry the Brüel & Kjær name are a separate product line; send us the type number if that is what you need.

Where Brüel & Kjær vibration monitoring is used

Typical machines are steam and gas turbines, generators, centrifugal compressors, boiler feed pumps, cooling tower and process fans and gearboxes in power plants, oil and gas facilities, cement works and petrochemical plants. The monitors supply alarm and trip contacts to the plant protection system and measured values to the control room.
