ADASH product series
Portable analyzers include the A4300 VA3 Pro three-channel analyzer and data collector, the A4400 VA4 Pro II four-channel analyzer and the A4500 VA5 Pro with thermal imaging. The A3716 is a 16-channel online vibration monitoring system.
Vibration analysis detects unbalance, misalignment, looseness, bearing and gear faults before they cause breakdowns. Multi-channel analyzers measure several points at once and support run-up, coast-down and balancing, while online systems monitor critical machines all the time.

01What is the difference between the ADASH VA3 Pro and VA5 Pro?
The A4300 VA3 Pro is the compact analyzer, balancer and route data collector and is prepared for a triaxial sensor. The A4500 VA5 Pro is the larger instrument that combines vibration analysis with thermal imaging and ultrasound. Which one fits depends on how many channels and which measurement modes your program uses.
02Is there an ADASH analyzer for hazardous areas?
ADASH lists Ex versions of two portables: the A4300 VA3 Pro Ex analyzer and the A4900 Vibrio Ex vibration meter. The standard versions are not for classified zones. State the zone and gas group in your inquiry, and the manufacturer's Ex certificate for the instrument and its sensors is provided on request.
03Which software works with ADASH instruments?
Measurements are stored and trended in DDS, the Digital Diagnostics System, which ADASH supplies for its portable and online units. The manufacturer states that software and firmware updates are free of regular fees. When you order, tell us whether DDS is already in use so that routes and databases stay compatible.
04Is the A4400 VA4 Pro II still the current four-channel model?
ADASH revises its portable line from time to time, and its current product overview centers on the VA3 Pro and VA5 Pro. Before quoting an A4400 VA4 Pro II we check its status with the manufacturer's documentation and, if it has been superseded, propose the manufacturer's successor with a comparison of functions.
