Titan Enterprises flow meter families
Four Titan lines are listed. The 800 Series is a compact turbine flow meter, often used in batching and dosing systems. The OG3 belongs to the oval gear family, a positive displacement design suited to oils and other viscous liquids. The Atrato is an inline ultrasonic flow meter with no moving parts, and the Process Atrato is its 316 stainless steel and PEEK version for process duty.

Which Titan flow meter suits viscous liquids?
The oval gear family, represented here by the OG3, is the usual choice. It is a positive displacement meter, so it works well with oils, fuels and other thicker liquids, where a small turbine meter loses accuracy. Send the viscosity at operating temperature and the flow range so the size can be checked against the manufacturer's data.
What is the advantage of the Atrato ultrasonic flow meter?
It has no moving parts in the flow, so there is nothing to wear. That makes it attractive for low flows of clean liquids where long-term stability matters. The Process Atrato is the variant intended for process conditions; the manufacturer's datasheet gives the limits for each model.
What is a K-factor and why do you ask for it?
For pulse-output meters such as turbine and oval gear types, the K-factor is the number of pulses per unit of volume, determined when the meter is tested by the manufacturer. Your flow computer or PLC is set to that value. When a meter is replaced, the new K-factor has to be entered, so it helps to know how the old one was used.
What do you need to quote a Titan Enterprises flow meter?
Send the model code if you have one, otherwise the liquid, viscosity, temperature, flow range, pressure, connection and required output.
