Types of actuator spare part in this category

Integral controls such as the AUMA MATIC AM, the explosion-proof AMExC and ACExC and the AC 01.2-SIL add local operation, fieldbus and functional safety to AUMA actuators, and FQM fail-safe units move part-turn valves to a safe position on power loss. Masoneilan spares include diaphragms for Type 87/88 and 37/38 actuators, standard, extended and ultra-low temperature kits, 50 series soft goods kits, and handwheel and limit stop options. ABB electronic units serve Contrac actuators.

How to select a actuator spare part

Identify the actuator model, size and serial number first, since spares are specific to each size and generation. For controls specify supply voltage, control interface, Ex rating and SIL requirement. For soft goods choose the temperature range kit that matches the service.
