The 084Z4031 is an MBT 3560 temperature transmitter with an integrated Pt 1000 element and a 4 to 20 mA output. A loop-powered transmitter in place of a resistance sensor
A transmitter converts the Pt 1000 resistance to a standard 4 to 20 mA signal, so it can be connected to a PLC analogue input over long cable runs without lead-resistance error. This version is set to 0 to 100 C, which fits hot-water, glycol and district-heating circuits, and condenser water.
The Danfoss brochure listing includes district-heating and boiler applications and the overview of temperature sensors, where the MBT 3560 sits next to the MBT 3270 sensor. The 316 Ti tube resists many water and brine media. For a pocket, a thermowell with G 1/4 is required.
Installation and ordering notes
Wire with two cores to the loop supply, and check polarity. The angular connector accepts a standard DIN plug; the mating socket must be ordered separately if it is not supplied. Choose the setting range at the order stage: the type designation shows MBT 3560-0000-0100-10-110.
Confirm range, thread, insertion length and signal before ordering. Different MBT 3560 versions have other ranges and connections. The data sheet gives the order-code decoder.

Choosing Danfoss products
For solenoid valves, check the operating principle. A direct-operated valve such as EV210B opens even at 0 bar differential pressure. A servo-operated valve such as EV220B needs a minimum differential (typically about 0.3 bar) to open, while an assisted-lift valve such as EV250B works from 0 bar. Coils are ordered separately, so the voltage on the coil (for example 230 V AC or 24 V DC) must match the control circuit. For drives, the VLT family is split by application: FC 51 Micro Drive for small machines, FC 102 HVAC Drive for fans and pumps in buildings, FC 202 AQUA Drive for water, and FC 302 AutomationDrive for demanding industrial duty.
