AUMA Accessories for Protection Against Unauthorised Operation and Environmental Impacts

Lockable protection covers and lock kits prevent unauthorised use of actuator controls and handwheels. AUMA accessories in this group include protection covers for AC 01.2 and ACExC 01.2 controls with 7.0 mm or 8.5 mm latches, versions with indicator glass, ACExC versions with KMASS fire protection, covers for AM and AMExC local controls, lock kits that block manual drive or motor drive on SA 07.2 to SA 16.2 actuators, and padlocks. AUMA Accessories for Wall Brackets, Floor Pedestals and Manual Operation

Several AUMA accessories adapt the installation to the site. The wall bracket (WH 01.1) and cable set (LSW 01.1) allow the actuator controls to be mounted separately from the actuator, which is useful for valves that are hard to reach or subject to strong vibration or high ambient temperature, up to a maximum distance of 100 metres. Floor pedestals (SF 10.2, SF 14.2, SF 16.2 for flanges F10, F14 and F16) support elevated mounting of actuators and gearboxes and are suited to manual operation of valves in pit applications. Power tool emergency operation retrofit kits replace the handwheel with a square-head adapter so that a power tool can operate the valve in emergencies, and a pit-application version combines the adapter with a stem extension.

Chainwheels with remote activation via cable hoist allow manual operation of actuators placed at significant heights, and chainwheels for GS part-turn gearboxes (GS 50.3 to GS 250.3) provide the same function for gearboxes. A range of aluminium handwheels from 160 mm to 800 mm diameter with ball handle is also available.

RSTX 100 Remote Control and Service Tools

The AUMA RSTX 100 is a handheld remote control for AUMA actuators and controls, allowing operators to work from a safe distance of up to 20 metres over Bluetooth. It has a high-resolution colour display with backlight, an ergonomic housing with buttons that are operable even with gloves, intuitive menus and self-explanatory texts, and Ex ia certification for additional safety of on-site staff. It is intended for AUMA PROFOX actuators, TIGRON and AC 01.2 controls and links to the CORALINK digital ecosystem for diagnostics. Further AUMA accessories include the AUMA tool kit bag (Z007.735), ejection tools for pin carriers, a switchable ratchet spanner, corrosion repair sets, a torque measurement flange (DMF 01.1) with display unit for SA 07.2 to SA 16.2, and a mobile leakage tester.
