Description
A slim modular signal tower for machine and process status
The Pfannenberg INTENSE BR 50 is a modular signal tower with a diameter of only 54 mm. Pfannenberg describes it as ultra bright, with up to five modules combined in any order: continuous or blinking LED light modules, xenon flashing light modules or an audible module. The standard LED modules supply continuous light; replaceable LEDs determine whether a module shines continuously or blinks. Modules come as fully coloured or crystal-clear versions with coloured LEDs.
It mounts on a tubular stand with plinth, on a tube, on a bracket or directly, with a ready-made M12 connector variant available. A separate monitored-LED module supports sensitive applications where a malfunction must be reported to an external safety system, and an IO-Link module integrates the tower into IO-Link networks. The tower is for indoor and outdoor use with IP54 protection (IP65 optional) from -25 °C to +50 °C.

Pre-configured towers listed by Pfannenberg also include a 2-stage green-red tower (2211820000), a 3-stage green-red-blue tower (22118300010) and a direct-mounted 3-stage tower (22138300002). Configuration notes
Define the stack from the bottom up: base module, sounder or flashing module as needed, then the continuous light modules, then the end module. Choose 24 V or 230 V modules consistently. Select the LEDs for the signalling mode and the supply voltage, and remember that the LEDs are only intended for BR 50 modules. Confirm the mounting method, IP rating and any monitoring requirement before ordering.
