The HS1C6HV025A230 is a single-phase solid state relay with heatsink from the Lovato Electric HS1C series. It switches AC loads up to 25 A at 40 degC (derating to 22 A at 55 degC) at 48-600 VAC, using an SCR output with zero-crossing switching and a blocking voltage of 1200 V.

The control input is 90-280VAC (pick-up 45 V, drop-out 20 V). Because the relay is supplied already mounted on its heatsink, the thermal design is done: you do not need to calculate the heatsink resistance separately.
