Lenze EVS9326-ES 9300 Servo Inverter 11 kW
Description
9300 servo inverter, 11 kW
The Lenze EVS9326-ES is the 11 kW (15 hp) servo inverter of the Lenze 9300 series, a servo inverter in the 9300 family, covering speed and torque control with resolver, incremental encoder and frequency inputs. Rated output current is 23.5 A at the 8 kHz setting. On the Lenze website the 9300 appears among the previous products, which makes this a legacy drive. Values are taken from the 9300 servo inverter system manual EDSVS9332S EN 6.0, 07/2013, and supply, hardware and software version should be confirmed before you order.

General data and approvals
The mains connection is 3/PE AC 320 V to 440 V at 45 to 65 Hz, with an alternative DC supply of 450 V to 620 V. Protection is IP20, or IP41 when the unit is mounted in push-through technique. The motor cable may be less than 50 m at 8 kHz without extra filters. Printed approvals are CE (2006/95/EC and 2004/108/EG) and cULus, File No. E132659.
Reading the type code EVS9326-ES
Per the key, EVS marks the servo controller range and 9326 the 11 kW size on 400 V. The letter E is the built-in design, and S the servo inverter version. Suffixes would add a variant: V003 cold plate, V004 Safe Torque Off, V100 IT mains, V104 STO with IT mains.
Inputs, outputs and feedback
The manual lists two bipolar analog inputs and outputs, five freely assignable digital inputs, four digital outputs and a separate controller inhibit, all scanned every millisecond. Position and speed feedback enter through the resolver socket, an incremental encoder input at 500 kHz TTL and a frequency input, and a frequency output is available too. The AIF slot at X1 takes the communication modules the manual lists: LECOM-A/B, LECOM-B, LECOM-LI, LON, INTERBUS, INTERBUS Loop, PROFIBUS-DP and DeviceNet/CANopen.
The manual’s operating conditions give climatic class 3K3 for operation, 1K3 for storage and 2K3 for transport, pollution degree 2 and overvoltage category III below 2000 m. The motor thermal sensor is connected through a dedicated input for PTC or thermal contact, and the setpoint inputs offer a signal level of 5 V or 10 V. Together with a rated current of 23.5 A at 8 kHz these data define the use of the 11 kW size.
Accessory table entries for the 9326 size
For this size Lenze lists mains choke ELN3-0150H024-001, C1 mains filter EZN3B0150H024, brake chopper EMB9352-E, brake resistor ERBD047R01k2 and push-through kit EJ0038 with a cutout of 139 x 350 mm, plus shield kits EZZ0015 for the control cable and EZZ0016 for the motor cable. Derate the current by 2.5% per degree above +40 degrees C and by 5% for each 1000 m above 1000 m.
Manual and quotation
Ratings, mounting, wiring and commissioning for all 93xx sizes up to 75 kW are in the attached Lenze system manual. More products: Servo Drives. A quotation needs the exact part number, mains voltage, motor and feedback type, and any Safe Torque Off or IT-mains requirement.

About brand
Lenze is the German drive and automation company for machine building: frequency inverters, servo inverters, motors and gearboxes, controllers and engineering software. Its history begins on 5 November 1947, when Hans Lenze took over Stahlkontor GmbH in Hameln from the Mannesmann group. The group is led by Lenze SE, an unlisted European company based in Aerzen near Hameln, and the Lenze family owns all of its shares.
Seven Star LLC is an independent supplier in Muscat. We list Lenze frequency and servo inverters, including current and earlier generations, for machine builders and maintenance teams in Oman and the GCC.

Milestones
- 1947: Hans Lenze takes over Stahlkontor GmbH in Hameln on 5 November.

Lenze product series
Current inverters on this site are the i500 family: the i510 compact frequency inverter, the i550 cabinet inverter and its i550 protec decentral version for mounting on the machine, and the i950 cabinet servo inverter. Earlier generations that are still widely installed are also listed: the 8400 StateLine C inverters (E84AVSC...), the 8200 vector frequency inverters (E82EV...) and the 9300 servo position controllers and servo inverters (EVS93...), including versions with Safe Torque Off.
Where Lenze drives are used
Conveyors and intralogistics, packaging and bottling lines, pumps and fans, hoists, textile and printing machines, and positioning axes on special machines. Many plants in the region keep 8200 vector and 9300 drives in service and need exact replacements or a planned migration to the i500 series.

Ordering Lenze inverters: what we need
Send the complete type code from the nameplate, for example E84AVSCE5524SX0, together with the supply voltage, motor power and current, the control interface or fieldbus module, and any options such as safety functions, keypad or brake resistor. When replacing an installed drive, keep the parameter set and wiring records, because a new unit or a successor model must be parameterised to match the machine.
