Heavy-duty tilt and rotate positioning up to 6,000 lb
The Pandjiris 60-12 MVRMTAB is a 6,000 lb welding positioner for heavy fabrications such as pressure-vessel heads, pump casings, flanged spools and structural nodes. A 2 HP rotation drive turns the 48 in square table at a variable 0.03 to 0.73 RPM with Forward-Stop-Reverse switching and dynamic braking, and a 2 HP AC brakemotor tilts it through 135 degrees. The adjustable base has five pinned height positions so the table can tilt fully with large parts mounted.
Pandjiris also offers the 60-12 MVRMT-VPL, which replaces the pinned base with a vertical power lift on an acme jack screw running at 27 in/min. Its table height is infinitely adjustable between 54 and 78 in above the floor, with overtravel limit switches and Up/Down buttons beside the tilt controls.

Load derating and site preparation
The 6,000 lb rating holds up to 12 in from the table face. Beyond that Pandjiris lists 4,615 lb at 18 in, 3,750 lb at 24 in, 3,158 lb at 30 in, 2,727 lb at 36 in, 2,400 lb at 42 in and 2,143 lb at 48 in. Long or tall assemblies often exceed the derated value even when their weight is well below 6,000 lb, so the centre of gravity of part plus fixture should be calculated before ordering.
The drawing gives a rotation offset of 5-1/4 in and an inherent overhang of 6-9/16 in. With an approximate shipping weight of 4,500 lb, the machine needs a level floor capable of carrying the positioner and its load, and the specified supply voltage must match the plant network; 460 V and 230 V are the listed options. The equipment is high-frequency protected for TIG work.
Listed options include foot switches (Forward/Stop/Reverse or variable speed), a preset digital tachometer, the Dialweld travel-speed meter, a 25 ft extension cable, 600 PT and 1200 PT copper welding grounds, a 48 in round table, encoder feedback for precise speed control, a pendant with tilt buttons and wireless foot switch or pendant.
