The Pemamek PEMA APSi 7000 is the next Skymaster PRO size above the 3500. It is rated at 70,000 N, rotates at 0.05 to 1 rpm with 9,000 Nm of rotational torque, and tilts hydraulically through 135 degrees with 14,000 Nm of tilting torque in 55 seconds. The table plate is 1,100 mm in diameter with four M20 DIN508 T-slots and the integrated grounding is rated for 1,400 A, which suits heavy mechanised welding.

Height adjusts from 1,000 to 1,850 mm and the unit occupies only 1,490 mm by 2,560 mm with a weight of 3,000 kg, so it is compact for the load class. Installation, commissioning and maintenance notes for the APSi 7000

Place the 3,000 kg unit on a floor strong enough for the machine plus the load, and level it. Connect the 3-phase supply with its 12 m cable. Fix the part to the table plate with clamps in the T-slots and balance the load as far as possible. Test rotation and tilt without a load first. Keep the hydraulic oil level correct, and check the hoses and the ground contacts often.
