CK Worldwide MT375-AC/DC Water-Cooled AC/DC TIG Welding System
Description
Complete 375 A water-cooled AC/DC TIG system on a cart
The CK Worldwide MT375-AC/DC is a dual-voltage inverter TIG welding system for 230 V or 460 V single-phase supplies. On 460 V it delivers up to 375 A DC and 360 A AC for TIG, and up to 300 A DC for stick welding; on 230 V the TIG ranges are 275 A DC and 260 A AC. It is sold as a complete system, with the power source, a dual-pump WC375 water cooler and a utility cart, plus a TL18 flex-head water-cooled torch.
The control panel uses analog dials for AC balance, AC frequency, post-flow and pulse settings, with high-frequency arc start. CK Worldwide’s Steady-Grip foot pedal is included: the red foot pedal quick-releases and converts to fingertip amperage control on the torch.

Applications and installation planning
With AC output and pulse, the MT375 covers aluminium and magnesium TIG as well as DC TIG on stainless and carbon steel, and the stick mode allows electrode repair work from the same machine. The 35% rating at full TIG output means long welds at maximum current should be planned around the duty cycle; at lower currents the machine runs continuously for longer.
Before installation, confirm the available supply: 230 V draws 44 A at maximum and 460 V draws 38 A, with the effective currents being lower (26 A and 23 A). The water cooler takes a separate 110 V, 5 A supply and holds 9 litres of coolant, for which CK recommends a mix of 80% distilled water and 20% organic coolant (Binzel BTC-15 recommended). Other CK Worldwide torches are listed separately, for example the CK20 water-cooled TIG torch.
Documents and quotation
The attached CK Worldwide MT375-AC/DC brochure (form MT375) contains the system contents, machine and cooler specifications and the Steady-Grip pedal details. More machines are listed under TIG welding machines.
For a quotation, state the available supply voltage, the torch and cable length needed and any spare consumable kits required.
