The highest-rated CK standard gas-cooled TIG torch
The CK Worldwide CK26 is a 200 A gas-cooled TIG torch, rated ACHF or DCSP at 100% duty cycle. It is the largest body in CK’s standard gas-cooled range and is listed as the same as the CK210. It gives welders a higher current ceiling without the hoses, coolant and pump of a water-cooled setup.
The CK26 takes 3 Series consumables and the large HL handle. Bodies are offered rigid, flex and pencil, with valved CK26V versions for machines without a gas solenoid. For heavy field and pipeline work, CK also lists CK26 HEAVY-DUTY packages with a larger-gauge power cable and a separate Super-Flex argon line, rated 300 A at 60% duty cycle.

Cables and machine connection
Standard packages use 1-piece cables 46V28R (12.5 ft) or 46V30R (25 ft), Super-Flex versions with the suffix SF, or 2-piece weld leads 412CN and 425CN with argon hoses 312AH and 325AH. DINSE adapters for CK26 cables are SL8-25 and SL8-35, gas-through SL8-25M and SL8-35M, SL-8 for Tweco and SL8-CL for Cam-Lock. Note that the CK210 uses different 5/8 in-18 RH machine-side cables and adapters, so the torch model must be stated when ordering spares.
Gas-cooled at 200 A versus water-cooled
At the top of its range a gas-cooled head runs warm, so long arc-on times favour a water-cooled torch such as the CK18 or the CK20 water-cooled TIG torch. Where a cooler is not available, the CK26 or a heavy-duty CK26HD package is the practical choice.
Back caps also matter on a body this size: a long back cap holds full-length 7 in tungsten, while short caps help in confined spaces but require cut electrodes. Gas-saver and large-diameter gas lens parts from the 3 Series range improve coverage on stainless and titanium, where a standard collet body may leave the weld discoloured.
Store spare collets and collet bodies by series and size, because 2 Series and 3 Series parts look similar but do not interchange between torch families.
