300 A of water-cooled TIG capacity in a compact 2 Series head
The CK Worldwide CK230 is a heavy-duty water-cooled TIG torch rated at 300 A, ACHF or DCSP, at 100% duty cycle. CK describes it as the torch that keeps a small head while delivering more current than the CK20: it uses the same 2 Series (9/20) consumables, so the cup, collet and collet body stay compact while the cooled body and heavier cabling carry the higher load.
That combination suits long arc-on times on stainless and aluminium fabrication, pipe spools and heavier plate where a 250 A torch runs at its limit, but where access is too tight for a large 3 Series head.

Reading the package number and choosing a cable
CK package numbers for this torch start with CK23, followed by the cable length (12 for 12.5 ft, 25 for 25 ft). A trailing V adds a gas valve on the body, SF selects Super-Flex hoses, and FX marks the flex head; no suffix means the rigid head. So CK2325SF FX is a flex-head torch on a 25 ft Super-Flex cable set. Tri-Flex sets bundle the power cable, water and argon hoses; Super-Flex 3-piece sets keep them as separate soft hoses, which many welders prefer for mobility.
On the machine side the manual lists the power cable end as 7/8 in-14 LH and the water hose end as 5/8 in-18 LH. DINSE, Tweco and Cam-Lock adapters are offered in the CK range for power sources without a matching connection.
Cooling, machine use and related models
A water-cooled torch depends on a working recirculating cooler; running it dry overheats the cable and head within seconds. For robotic or mechanised work the same platform is offered as the CKM230 barrel torch: 300 A, 14 in (35.6 cm) long, 6 oz (170 g), with a 1-3/8 in (35 mm) O.D. barrel. For lower currents the 250 A CK20 water-cooled TIG torch shares the same 2 Series consumables.
