Ensitech TBE-700 TIG Brush Weld Cleaner
Description
The highest-output TIG Brush for heavy oxide and MIG welds
The Ensitech TBE-700 is the most powerful machine in the TIG Brush range, with a 700 VA supply and 100 A maximum output current. It cleans and passivates stainless steel welds made by TIG, MIG/MAG, submerged arc, stick and laser processes, and handles the heavy, dark oxide typical of MIG welds that smaller units clean more slowly. It also electropolishes, engraves and prints.
The purple IP64 case has the same footprint as the smaller models, so the extra output does not mean a larger machine on site. It is rated for continuous use at 30 °C ambient on every setting.

Matching the TBE-700 to the job
The application selector sets the output for the brush in use: 18 V for single brushes and 13 V for PROPEL and wide brushes, with up to a quad-size brush supported. Mode selection then chooses cleaning, polishing or marking. For production lines cleaning long stainless seams, food and pharmaceutical equipment or architectural work, the higher current shortens cleaning time per metre of weld. With acidic fluids, rinsing and neutralising follow cleaning; with pH-neutral fluid a water rinse is enough. Brewery, dairy and pharmaceutical vessel builders, pipe-spool shops and contractors cleaning MIG-welded structural stainless are the usual buyers of this size, because cleaning time is a real cost on their jobs.
For lighter duty, the Ensitech TBE-550 sits one step below in output.
Slimline kit and wide-brush tools
The 700 is supplied as a Slimline Kit: 700 control unit, Slimline applicator with 4 m cable, ground cable, 10 push-in brushes, 1 litre each of weld cleaning and neutralising fluid, PPE, fluid jar, spray bottle, manual and quick-start guides. Ensitech lists kit code K-X700S-F2542 (US: K-E700SL-G2542-RB1). The PROPEL torch and wide brushes use the 13 V PROPEL/Wide setting and suit long seams and large surfaces, while the LokWand, Classic Wand and Flexi tools reach fillets and inside corners.

About brand
Ensitech is an Australian manufacturer of metal surface finishing technology, established in 2006 and based in Emu Plains, New South Wales. It designs and builds the TIG Brush, an electrochemical system that removes heat tint from stainless steel welds and passivates the surface in the same step. Seven Star LLC, an independent supplier in Muscat, lists the TBE-550 weld cleaner and sources Ensitech equipment and fluids for stainless steel fabricators.
TIG Brush weld cleaning systems
The TIG Brush combines electric current, heat and a cleaning fluid applied through a conductive brush, in place of pickling paste or abrasive work on discoloured welds. The current range covers the 330, 440, 550 and 700 control units. TBE models accept 110–230 V supplies, while TBX models are built for 220–230 V only. Each unit works with interchangeable application tools such as the Slimline torch, LokWand, PROPEL torch and Flexi Handle.
Ordering Ensitech equipment: what we need
Give the control unit model and series (TBE or TBX), the application tool you plan to use, and the stainless grade and typical weld type. For consumables, list the brush type and the cleaning and neutralising fluids by name. We check the selection against Ensitech documentation and provide the manufacturer's specification sheet on request.
