Selection and installation

Because the ABS is listed as not UV-resistant and the temperature range tops out at 40 degC, this is an indoor enclosure; for sun-exposed or hot sites compare a UV-resistant polycarbonate type such as the Spelsberg TK PC in this range. Drill or fit cable glands only where the sealing is kept, and select glands whose IP rating matches the enclosure. Fastening is through the internal fixing points, so the wall holes sit under the cover seal.
