A 15.6-inch operator interface with an Atom processor
The Advantech TPC-1551WP-E3AE is a fanless industrial panel computer with a 15.6-inch WXGA TFT display and projected-capacitive multi-touch. The E3AE configuration combines an Intel Atom E3827 processor at 1.75 GHz with 4 GB DDR3L memory pre-installed.
Its 1366 × 768 display provides a larger operator screen for an industrial application or thin-client interface. The true-flat front, aluminium-alloy bezel and front-side IP66 protection suit a panel-mounted arrangement when the cabinet and mounting meet the installation requirements.

Communication and configuration choices
The computer provides two Gigabit Ethernet connections, an RS232 port, a configurable RS232/RS422/RS485 port, USB 3.0 and USB 2.0. A full-size mini PCIe slot supports expansion arrangements; optional iDoor modules require the associated extension equipment.
The CFast slot and optional SATA SSD arrangement should be specified with the required storage media. The external power adapter, mounting kits and extension kit are separately listed accessories. Overall dimensions are 419.7 × 269 × 61.9 mm. The manufacturer drawing gives a 412.4 × 261.7 mm panel cutout, so a replacement assessment should include both the cabinet opening and clearance behind the panel. Front IP66 does not establish protection for the exposed rear housing.
