Hanwha Vision XNP-9300RW 4K 30x IR PTZ Camera with Built-In Wiper

Description

A 4K PTZ with 200 m infrared and a built-in wiper

The Hanwha Vision XNP-9300RW is a 4K pan-tilt-zoom camera with a 1/2.8 inch CMOS sensor, a 5 to 150 mm lens (30x optical, 32x digital) and 200 m of Wise IR illumination at 850 nm. Hanwha describes it as a Wisenet PTZ Plus design that is compact, lighter and simpler to cable, with a built-in wiper and lens heater to remove water from the window. The datasheet lists a horizontal field of view of 57.42 to 2.19 degrees.

Target lock tracking and object auto tracking for persons and vehicles let the camera follow a subject, and a built-in gyro sensor supports digital image stabilization on windy poles. Pan speed reaches 500 degrees per second on presets, with 300 presets, swing, group, trace, tour and scheduled functions. The camera is rated for operation from -40 to 55 degC, with a 74 degC maximum based on NEMA TS 2.

Planning power, distance and tracking

The XNP-9300RW needs PoE++ (802.3bt Type 3 Class 6) with up to 42 W, or an SFP-capable injector for fibre links as the key features state. Check the switch budget and cable length. Choose the colour (white or black) at order. The datasheet notes that start-up should be done above -30 degC although operation extends down to -40 degC.

The DORI table helps with lens planning: at the telephoto end the datasheet gives 401.8 m for identification, and at wide 14.0 m. Real performance depends on atmospheric conditions, so treat these as design guidance. Tracking functions are best used for verifying alarms from fixed cameras or radar, with presets covering the main positions.

The XNP-9300RW sits beside the PTZ range of other manufacturers on this site, such as the Axis Q6315-LE. State the colour, mounting arm, power injector or switch, and the video management system in your enquiry. Hanwha lists the XNP-6400RW as a related 2 MP model with a 40x zoom on its site; confirm the best fit with us.
