EWM Picomig 355 puls TKM Pulse MIG/MAG Welding Machine
Description
Compact pulse MIG/MAG machine for workshop and site
The EWM Picomig 355 puls TKM is a three-phase inverter welding machine with an integrated wire feeder, built for pulse and standard MIG/MAG welding up to 350 A. TIG welding with Liftarc contact ignition and MMA welding are available as secondary processes, so one unit can also cover occasional stick or TIG work. It belongs to the EWM Picomig family, which runs from compact 180 A machines up to the 355 A models offered in puls and Synergic versions.
The 355 puls is the largest model in the range. Its 4-roll drive and 300 mm spool capacity suit production welding of steel, stainless steel and aluminium wires, while the housing can be fitted to a transport cart with a cooling module underneath.

Installation and selection notes
The machine is a class A device for industrial supplies. EWM notes that it does not comply with IEC 61000-3-12, so a connection to a public low-voltage network should be agreed with the electricity utility. A type B residual current device is recommended. On generator power, size the generator for the process that will be used; MMA needs the largest rating at 20.3 kVA.
For long welds near the top of the range, plan around the 270 A continuous rating and use a water-cooled torch with a cooling module. The Synergic version of the same size omits pulse welding and suits users who only need standard short and spray arc. Smaller Picomig models such as the 180, 185, 220, 225 and 305 cover lighter work where a lower current range and lighter housing are more practical.
Documents and quotation

About brand
EWM is a German manufacturer of arc welding equipment, founded in 1957 and headquartered in Mündersbach in the Westerwald region. Its range covers MIG/MAG, TIG and MMA power sources, welding torches, consumables and automation, supported by the ewm Xnet welding management software. Seven Star LLC is an independent supplier in Muscat and lists the EWM Titan XQ 400 puls D multi-process MIG/MAG machine.
EWM product groups
The manual welding program includes the Titan XQ, Phoenix and Taurus MIG/MAG families, TIG and electrode machines, wire feeders and torches. EWM also offers cobot and robot welding systems, welding consumables and accessories. The headquarters houses research and development, production and quality assurance across three plants, with further factories in China and the Czech Republic.
Ordering EWM equipment: what we need
Give the full machine designation, including compact or decompact version and gas or water cooling, plus the mains voltage at site. List the wire feeder, interconnection hose package length, torch and any remote control you need. For a replacement unit, send a photo of the rating plate. We check the configuration against EWM documentation before quoting.
