A self-contained pressure calibrator that fits in one hand

The Druck DPI 611 combines a built-in hand pump, a precision pressure sensor, electrical measurement and sourcing, and loop power in one portable instrument. Druck describes it as the fourth generation of the DPI 600 family, first introduced in 1984, and states that it is 50% smaller and 33% lighter than the DPI 610, generates 0 to 20 bar (300 psi) in under 30 seconds and creates 95% vacuum.

The touch screen uses the same dashboard, task and favourites approach as the DPI 620 Genii: tap an application, pick a stored task and the instrument reconfigures itself for the next job. Results can be documented on the instrument, with pass/fail error calculation, three-channel data logging, 8 GB of user memory and automated procedures downloaded from calibration software. One 4Sight2 Lite licence is provided with each unit.

What to confirm before ordering

Choose the range with margin above your highest test pressure, note that it is a pneumatic instrument for gases compatible with the listed wetted materials, and list the thread types of the devices under test so the right adapter sets are ordered.
