Kärcher IVC 60/30 Tact² Compact Industrial Vacuum Cleaner

Description

A continuous-duty vacuum with automatic filter cleaning

The Kärcher IVC 60/30 Tact² is a compact industrial vacuum for cleaning production areas and machines. Its wear-free side channel blower allows continuous use, so Kärcher notes that it can also be used as a stationary suction device on production or packaging machines.

The key feature is the Tact² automatic filter cleaning system: targeted, powerful air blasts clean the filter while work continues, so suction power stays constantly high and the filter life is longer, which reduces maintenance cost. The machine takes dry, free-flowing dust up to dust class M through a compact flat pleated filter, in a 60 litre stainless steel container on a set-down trolley.

Blower, filter and equipment

A side channel blower delivers high suction with a lifetime stated by Kärcher as at least 20,000 hours, which is why the machines are described as ideal for multiple-shift operation. The equipment list includes automatic filling-level shut-off and the Tact² cleaning system, which cleans the filter with targeted, powerful air blasts.

Because the delivery does not include hoses and tools, a kit is chosen for the application. Kärcher offers DN 40 accessory sets for solids and dust, overhead cleaning, dry floor cleaning and food use, plus stainless steel and aluminium suction tubes.
