Description
Upright cold water pressure for heavy industrial soiling
The Kärcher HD 10/25-4 S Plus is a three-phase cold water high-pressure cleaner from the super class of the professional range. Kärcher builds it around a four-pole motor with air and water cooling and a three-piston axial pump with stainless steel pistons, and gives it a compact upright layout in which motor and pump are stacked vertically to keep the footprint small.
Among the HD super-class machines it is the high-pressure version: Kärcher prints a working pressure of 80 to 250 bar with a 280 bar maximum, against a flow of 500 to 1000 litres per hour. That pressure-led profile suits baked-on mud, scale, grease and coating residue on equipment, chassis, plant floors and fabricated steel, where the dirt has to be broken loose rather than rinsed away.

Scope of supply and built-in equipment
The delivery includes an EASY!Force Advanced spray gun with soft-grip padding, a 10 m Premium quality high-pressure hose specified as DN 8 and 315 bar, a 1050 mm spray lance, a power nozzle, a Dirt blaster rotary nozzle and Servo Control. EASY!Force uses the recoil of the jet to cancel the holding force, which matters on shifts with long spraying periods, and Servo Control lets the operator adjust pressure and water quantity at the gun.
Built-in equipment printed by Kärcher includes the pressure cut-off, an integrated water fine filter, a sight glass for the pump oil level, a brass water inlet and an LED operating status indicator. Kärcher also states a suction feature and water temperatures of up to 60 °C.

Choosing between the HD super-class variants
The numbers in the model name follow the printed data: 10 for the 1000 l/h flow ceiling and 25 for the 250 bar working-pressure ceiling, while the 4 refers to the four-pole motor. Kärcher offers a sibling model on the same upright body with different flow and pressure settings, so the selection is mostly a question of whether the job needs pressure or flushing volume.
