The Kärcher HD 13/18-4 S Plus is the high-flow member of the HD super class. It shares the compact upright body of the HD 10/25-4 S Plus but is configured for water volume: Kärcher prints 700 to 1300 litres per hour at a working pressure of 50 to 180 bar, with a 250 bar maximum.
Volume is what moves loosened mud, sand and process residue off a surface, so this variant is the natural choice for washing down yards, pits, vehicle and plant floors, concrete aprons and large steel structures once the dirt is soft. The four-pole, air and water cooled motor and the three-piston axial pump with stainless steel pistons are the same proven layout used across the series.

Equipment, nozzle size and accessories
Kärcher supplies this model with an EASY!Force Advanced gun, a 10 m Premium quality hose, a 1050 mm lance, a power nozzle, a Dirt blaster and Servo Control. Because the pump delivers more water, the nozzle size is 075, larger than the 047 of the pressure version, and the accessory list switches to matching larger orifices.

Flow-led or pressure-led: choosing the right HD
If the cleaning job depends on impact, for instance scale, hardened grease or paint removal, the 80 to 250 bar HD 10/25-4 S Plus is the better fit. If the job is mainly bulk rinsing, the 1300 l/h ceiling here reduces the number of passes. Both models use the same three-phase 8.8 kW drive, so the electrical supply does not change between them.

Kärcher is a German, family-owned manufacturer of cleaning equipment, founded in 1935 by Alfred Kärcher in Stuttgart-Bad Cannstatt and based in Winnenden since 1939. Its first products were hot-air blowers for warming aircraft engines; in 1950 the company built what it describes as Europe's first hot-water high-pressure cleaner.
