Cabinet design for a 221 kg module
The unit has no enclosure of its own (IP00), so the cabinet must provide touch protection, cooling air, cable entry and mounting. The code includes +LS60, a 60 Hz default motor frequency, and +EMC4, which means the drive is an EMC C4 system component: the final machine builder has to show EMC compliance of the complete installation.
The module weighs over 220 kg, so use a hoist and provide a plinth that supports the load. Verify that the busbar and cable terminals match the current. Keep the manufacturer’s cooling clearances and plan for the air flow in a hot environment.

Choosing Danfoss products
For solenoid valves, check the operating principle. A direct-operated valve such as EV210B opens even at 0 bar differential pressure. A servo-operated valve such as EV220B needs a minimum differential (typically about 0.3 bar) to open, while an assisted-lift valve such as EV250B works from 0 bar. Coils are ordered separately, so the voltage on the coil (for example 230 V AC or 24 V DC) must match the control circuit. For drives, the VLT family is split by application: FC 51 Micro Drive for small machines, FC 102 HVAC Drive for fans and pumps in buildings, FC 202 AQUA Drive for water, and FC 302 AutomationDrive for demanding industrial duty.
