VACON 100 FLOW 12 A: a pump and fan drive with STO and ATEX thermistor board
Danfoss 137H3007 is a VACON 100 FLOW drive of 12 A in Frame 04, IP21 / NEMA 1, for 380 to 500 V mains. The FLOW type is the version for pumps and fans. Motor power at low overload is 5.5 kW and the continuous current at that rating is 12 A.
The decisive option is in slot E: the store lists an “BJ” board with Safe Torque Off and an ATEX thermistor input. Together with the 3-relay board in slot B this gives the drive the hardware for a safety circuit and for thermistor monitoring of a suitably certified motor. Size is 128 x 328 x 190 mm and mass 6 kg.

STO and the ATEX thermistor board
Safe Torque Off removes the torque-producing power without a contactor and is used in safety functions for machines. An ATEX thermistor input lets the drive read the thermistors of an explosion-protected motor and trip when the temperature limit is reached. Both functions need correct wiring and a validated safety concept; the board is only one part of it.
For a motor in a classified area, check the motor certificate, the drive board certificate and the conditions of use together. The operating guide contains the safety information. If this is not clear for your plant, ask a competent engineer before ordering.
Pump-specific setup
The code has no preloaded application. The EMC category is C4 (system component), so check the final installation. The 50 Hz default motor frequency suits the Gulf grid. A brake chopper is not fitted, which is usual for pump loads.
The FLOW version covers multi-pump control and pump-specific functions described in the operating guide AQ298036140958; set them up in the commissioning phase and save the parameters.
If the motor is a certified explosion-protected type, keep the drive outside the hazardous area and wire only the thermistor circuit into it, following the certificate of the motor and the board. Keep the certificates in the plant file. For a non-hazardous pump, the same board still provides an STO function, so the order code can be kept uniform across a mixed fleet.

Choosing Danfoss products
For solenoid valves, check the operating principle. A direct-operated valve such as EV210B opens even at 0 bar differential pressure. A servo-operated valve such as EV220B needs a minimum differential (typically about 0.3 bar) to open, while an assisted-lift valve such as EV250B works from 0 bar. Coils are ordered separately, so the voltage on the coil (for example 230 V AC or 24 V DC) must match the control circuit. For drives, the VLT family is split by application: FC 51 Micro Drive for small machines, FC 102 HVAC Drive for fans and pumps in buildings, FC 202 AQUA Drive for water, and FC 302 AutomationDrive for demanding industrial duty.
