What the VACON 100 option codes mean
VACON drives are ordered by a long list of option codes. For this unit +FL07 is the firmware language pack (UK, DE, SI, HR, RS, BG), +SBF3 is a three-relay board in the B slot, +FBM1 gives Modbus, N2 and BACnet as standard protocols, and +LS50 sets 50 Hz default motor frequency with metric units. +GAUL, +GACE and further approval codes show the approvals as printed in the store.
The operating guide for the VACON 100 wall-mounted drives covers both the INDUSTRIAL and the FLOW versions and explains the keypad, the control I/O and the application parameters. A customer who needs Ethernet-based communications should specify the fieldbus board code when ordering.
Selecting between the INDUSTRIAL and FLOW versions
The INDUSTRIAL type serves general machinery with the standard application, while FLOW is meant for pumps and fans, with application functions for them. This code is the INDUSTRIAL type with no preloaded application (+A0000). Plan the cooling and cable entry: the metric conduit plate (+QGLM) is fitted.
The brake chopper needs a resistor that is not included, and the 5 A size fits a motor of up to 2.2 kW at low overload; check the nameplate current of your motor against the 5.6 A figure at normal loading.
This 5 A unit is a common spare in plants that run several VACON drives of different sizes. If your installed base uses a particular language pack or default frequency, say so in the enquiry, because those are part of the order code and cannot be changed by the packing list. Check that the +FL07 language pack matches the language the operators need on the keypad.

Choosing Danfoss products
For solenoid valves, check the operating principle. A direct-operated valve such as EV210B opens even at 0 bar differential pressure. A servo-operated valve such as EV220B needs a minimum differential (typically about 0.3 bar) to open, while an assisted-lift valve such as EV250B works from 0 bar. Coils are ordered separately, so the voltage on the coil (for example 230 V AC or 24 V DC) must match the control circuit. For drives, the VLT family is split by application: FC 51 Micro Drive for small machines, FC 102 HVAC Drive for fans and pumps in buildings, FC 202 AQUA Drive for water, and FC 302 AutomationDrive for demanding industrial duty.
