A 65 litre wet and dry vacuum that cleans its own filter

The Kärcher NT 65/2 Tact² is a wet and dry vacuum cleaner from the Tact² class, which Kärcher describes as sought-after specialists and all-rounders because of mobility, power, robustness and practical equipment. The NT 65/2 Tact² comes with the full antistatic package as standard and suits jobs where large quantities of fine dust must be removed regularly.

It has a 65 litre plastic container, a single-phase 220 to 240 V motor of up to 2760 W and two turbines producing 2 x 74 l/s. The Tact² system divides the flat pleated filter into two halves cleaned alternately by targeted bursts of air, so the filter does not clog and a constant high air flow is maintained.

Filter cleaning, mobility and delivered equipment

Kärcher states that more than 1000 kg of category A fine dust can be vacuumed without changing the filter, because the filter is cleaned from the clean side while work continues. Automatic cut-out at maximum filling, a sturdy bumper and stop swivel castors are part of the equipment.

The delivery includes a 4 m electrically conductive suction hose, two 550 mm stainless steel tubes, a conductive bend, a 360 mm wet and dry floor nozzle, a crevice nozzle, an oil-resistant drain hose, a cellulose flat pleated filter and a push handle. The adjustable push handle and large wheels support transport over uneven surfaces, and the floor nozzle can be quickly fixed to the machine.

Standard Tact² or safety vacuum

The product sheet of the NT 65/2 Tact² lists no ATEX or dust-class H certification, so treat it as a general industrial wet and dry vacuum. If hazardous or combustible dust is present, a safety model such as the NT 75/1 Me Ec H Z22 is the correct class. The values of the group are below.
