Description
A compact electric gear pump for oil and fluid-grease systems
The SureFire II is an automatic, self-contained electric motor-driven gear pump from Bijur Delimon International (Raleigh, North Carolina). Its compact size fits tight machine spaces, and it adapts to a broad range of production machinery.
The PDI version drives single injectors or injector groups serving up to 100 lubrication points with oil or fluid grease. The SLR version supplies oil to resistance fittings or groups serving up to 100 points. Reservoirs of 2, 3, 6, 12 and 30 litres, plastic or metal, and several control options allow the same pump to be specified for a lathe or a long conveyor line.

Controller options and installation
The Premium controller manages on and off times, pre-lube at start-up, fault detection, password-protected settings and status outputs for the host machine. The Lite controller offers up to four modes, and the ON/OFF timer provides 1 second to 99 hours for each period. The terminal block versions are for operation from a customer PLC or DCS; motor overload protection must be provided by the host machine.
