Graco LubePro H1900 Horizontal Remote-Fill Oil Pump

Description

The Graco LubePro H1900 is a horizontal, air-operated oil pump with remote fill, made for automatic lubrication systems that need a large single shot of oil. It draws oil from a header line or remote fill station instead of carrying its own reservoir.

A remote-fill oil pump with a large shot size

Where a plant has a central oil header, topping up a pump reservoir by hand is a recurring chore. The H1900 connects to the oil supply line, which is limited to 80 psi at the inlet, and delivers 3.0 cubic inches per stroke at a 19:1 pressure ratio.

That output is more than five times the shot of the vertical A2800 and A2900 pumps, so a faster lubrication cycle is possible on long runs of bearing lines. Optional low-level detection is available on the 24Y499 and 25Y499 models.

Installation points and what to check

Mount the pump as shown in the manual, connect clean, regulated air to the 1/4 inch inlet, run the oil supply to the 3/8 inch port and take the 3/4 inch outlet to the system. The pumps are supplied with reducers for 1/4 inch NPT outlet piping, and the 25Y models carry loose BSPP fittings for metric thread systems. Air supply may go up to 185 psi, but the oil input must not exceed 80 psi.

Use only non-corrosive, non-abrasive lubricants. Because the supply is remote, check that the header line stays filled and clean, since a dry line will starve the pump. The manual also lists a pressure relief procedure, an air-lock procedure and sizing guidance for the supply and feeder lines. Use only non-corrosive, non-abrasive lubricants, and follow the pressure relief procedure in the manual before servicing, because high-pressure fluid can pierce the skin.

About brand

Graco is an American maker of fluid handling and lubrication equipment, founded in 1926 and based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Seven Star LLC is an independent supplier in Muscat. We list Graco lubrication pumps for workshops and fleets in Oman and the GCC.

Graco product series

LubePro pumps include the A2800 vertical air-operated oil pump, the A2900 vertical air-operated grease pump and the A4000 reciprocating grease and oil pump.

The LubePro H1900 is a horizontal remote-fill oil pump.

Air-operated pumps are selected by fluid, ratio, flow and the container they fit, such as drums or bulk tanks. Grease pumps need higher pressure ratios than oil pumps, and remote-fill pumps let fluid be pumped into tanks from a distance.

Pumps are used with hose reels, meters and control valves in lube bays.

Where Graco pumps are used

Oil and grease dispensing in vehicle workshops, fleet service, mining and construction equipment maintenance.
