Description
A rugged multi-outlet grease pump for mobile machines
The MultiPort II Lubricator is an electrically driven multiple-outlet lubrication unit designed mainly for progressive divider valve systems. It can house up to three independent or combined pumping elements that feed lubrication points directly or through a network of progressive dividers, and 12 and 24 VDC motors make it suited to mobile applications.
Power from a gearmotor drives a precision eccentric cam that moves up to three spring-loaded piston elements, displacing a fixed volume of grease through an outlet check valve. Each element has an adjustable relief valve, a rotating mixing arm helps grease reach the inlet, and the enclosure is rated IP69K.

Reading the ordering code
The 24 VDC family is numbered 55412 and the 12 VDC family 55626. Each is followed by option letters: controller (C) or none (X), reservoir 3 or 7 litre, level switch (X none, L NPN, P PNP; PNP not with controller), BSPP outlet option (B), fill connector (U universal, Z Zerk, F fast-fill) and element codes for the left, centre and right positions (Y independent outlet, C combined with the centre element, N no element, B/L/R combination codes). Items in bold on the datasheet are standard options; others may have longer lead time.
