Rotary screw compressors from 45 to 110 kW for larger air demand

The Kaeser CSD(X) brochure covers the CSD models 90, 110 and 130 and the larger CSDX models 145, 175 and 200, for flow rates of 1.1 to 19.4 m³/min at 5.5 to 15 bar. They are fluid-cooled, single-stage screw compressors with SIGMA PROFILE rotors and direct drive, available as standard fixed-speed units, as T versions with a built-in refrigeration dryer, and as SFC versions with frequency control. Six pressure variants were introduced for the series, and the integrated Electronic Thermo Management and SIGMA CONTROL 2 follow the same concept as the smaller Kaeser series.

Choosing between CSD, CSDX and the SFC versions

Read delivery at your intended pressure: CSD 130 gives 11.1 m³/min at 10 bar while CSDX 175 gives 15.5 m³/min. For a plant with a base load and variable top-up, the SFC range gives a wide control band, for example 3.01 to 20.60 m³/min on the CSDX 200 SFC. Where condensate protection is needed in the same footprint, the T versions integrate the dryer behind a centrifugal separator with an ECO-DRAIN drain.

Kaeser compressor and blower range

The rotary screw compressors use the SIGMA PROFILE airend and the SIGMA CONTROL 2 controller, from compact units up to the large series for 515 kW, with oil-free compression models for sensitive applications.
