No. We work from our office in Muscat, Oman, and quote and arrange shipment to the United Arab Emirates on request.
Can you deliver to Abu Dhabi or Dubai?
Yes. State the delivery location in your inquiry. The quotation sets out the delivery terms for that location, and whether freight and customs clearance are included or handled by you or your forwarder.
Can you supply a part that is not listed on the website?
Yes. Send the manufacturer and part number. Many of the items we are asked for are not listed, and we will tell you whether we can quote it.
Which documents can you provide?
Every quotation states the manufacturer, model and commercial terms. Manufacturer datasheets and certificates are provided where the manufacturer publishes them. Tell us any end-user specification or local approval your project requires (for example ADNOC or other operator standards) so we can check it before quoting.
