Mobile stainless steel pallet scale for hygienic and washdown areas

The KERN UXC 1.5T-4M is a U-shaped pallet scale: two stainless steel forks slide under a pallet that is standing on the floor, so the load does not need lifting. It weighs up to 1500 kg with 0.5 kg readability, stands 80 mm high on a 1361 x 840 mm footprint and weighs only 55 kg. The load support is stainless steel (IP67), the stainless steel display device is IP68 and the four load cells are silicone-coated steel with IP67 protection.

KERN positions the scale for the food industry, where the brochure says it supports a HACCP-compliant quality system, and for industry, digital processes, warehouse logistics and metal processing. Two UXC models are printed: UXC 600K-1M (600 kg, 0.2 kg, Min 4 kg) and UXC 1.5T-4M (1500 kg, 0.5 kg, Min 10 kg), both 1190 x 840 mm and 55 kg. If a verified scale is needed, include the verification in the order and select the matching alibi memory YMM-06, because upgrading later is not possible. Installation and operation notes

Roll the scale to a flat, rigid floor, level the feet using the level indicator, push the forks under the pallet and read the result on the wall-mounted or tripod-mounted display. Allow 10 min of warm-up and adjust with 1500 kg (M1). A signal lamp CFS-A03 and cable BFB-A03 (15 m) can be added. The ambient range is -10 to 40 degrees C.
