Danfoss FC-051PK75T4E20H3XXCXXXSXXX (132F0018) FC 51 0.75 kW
Description
The 0.75 kW, 400 V VLT Micro Drive most often found on small pumps and fans
The FC-051PK75T4E20H3XXCXXXSXXX (Danfoss order number 132F0018) is the 0.75 kW, three-phase 380-480 V member of the FC 51 range. A 0.75 kW motor on a 400/415 V network is one of the most common small-drive applications, so this code is typically requested for booster pumps, extract fans, small conveyors and OEM machines. It is built in the smallest M1 frame, only 70 mm wide, includes the class A1/B RFI filter and coated electronics, and has neither a brake chopper nor a local control panel.
Some purchase lists write this part as “FC-051PK75T4-132F0018”, joining the short type designation and the order number; both refer to this one product. Our generic FC 51 family page also covers the 0.75-2.2 kW 400 V sizes, while this page is specific to the exact code.

Selection, installation and availability
This size has no brake chopper, so it suits fans, centrifugal pumps and conveyors that decelerate on their own friction; applications with a heavy inertia need the 1.5 kW or larger frames that include a chopper. The design guide permits 15 m of screened motor cable, lists the MCC 107 line filter 130B2523 for 132F0018 and offers IP21 (132B0108), type 1 (132B0103) and DIN rail (132B0111) kits for the M1 frame. The design guide states the drive is designed for up to 50 °C ambient with one motor size smaller than nominal, which matters for plant rooms in warm climates.
Note the lifecycle flags on the Danfoss store page: last buy June 30, 2026, last delivery September 30, 2026. Availability therefore depends on remaining stock, and we will verify it and the recommended upgrade path for you.
The control card of the FC 51 offers analogue input terminal 53 for 0 to 10 V or 0/4 to 20 mA, terminal 60 for 0/4 to 20 mA, five digital inputs with terminal 33 usable as a pulse input up to 5 kHz, and one relay output rated 250 V AC and 2 A. Communication uses RS-485 with the FC protocol or Modbus RTU, and the control circuits are PELV isolated. These details come from the Danfoss design guide.
Key features of the 132F0018 in daily use
- Very narrow M1 frame: at 70 mm wide the drive fits beside contactors and terminal rows in small wall boxes where a larger frame would force a bigger enclosure.
- Integrated RFI filter A1/B: the H3 code position means the emission filter is already inside, which simplifies wiring in panels that also hold PLCs, sensors and radio equipment.
- Coated electronics: the C position in the type code indicates conformal coating on the boards, a sensible choice for pump rooms and plant rooms with humidity or airborne dust.
- No brake chopper, no display: the drive is set up for variable-torque loads and simple speed control; parameters are entered through a separate LCP or software when needed.
- High efficiency: the published 96.0% typical efficiency keeps heat in the panel low, with typical losses of about 43.5 W at full load.
Matching the drive to the motor and load
Before ordering, compare the motor nameplate full-load current with the 2.2 A continuous output at 380-440 V. Most 0.75 kW four-pole motors on a 400 V network sit below that figure, but older or low-efficiency motors and two-pole designs can draw more, in which case the next size up in the FC 51 range is the safer pick. The intermittent value of 3.3 A covers starting and short peaks, not continuous overload.
Centrifugal pumps and fans are the natural fit, because their torque falls quickly as speed drops and they rarely need braking. For conveyors or mixers that must stop quickly under load, remember this code has no brake chopper, so deceleration ramps need to be long enough to avoid DC-link overvoltage trips, or a different variant should be chosen.
Single-phase or three-phase supply?
This version needs a three-phase 380-480 V supply. Sites that only have 230 V single-phase available should not try to feed it from two phases; the FC 51 family has separate single-phase input sizes for that purpose, and they carry different type codes.
Installation and maintenance notes
Mount the drive vertically on a flat back plate and keep clear space above and below it so cooling air can pass through the heat sink. The optional decoupling plate (which brings the overall height to 205 mm) gives a proper clamping point for the screen of the motor cable, and a correctly terminated screened cable helps the internal filter do its job. Keep motor cables separated from signal wiring inside the panel.
In service, the main tasks are keeping the heat sink and enclosure filters free of dust, checking terminal tightness after the first months of operation, and recording the parameter set so a replacement drive can be programmed quickly. Electrolytic capacitors in any drive age faster when the cabinet runs hot, so cabinet temperature is worth monitoring.
Operating in Oman and GCC conditions
Many small drives in the region are installed in outdoor kiosks, rooftop plant rooms and pump houses where summer air temperature is high and solar gain heats the enclosure further. The IP20 chassis must sit inside a suitable enclosure, and that enclosure should be sized with ventilation, sun shading or cooling so the air around the drive stays within the published ambient limits; if it cannot, derating should be checked in the Danfoss design guide. Fine sand and dust are a reason to use filtered ventilation and regular cleaning. Coastal sites with salt-laden air benefit from the coated boards already specified in this code.
What to include in your RFQ
- The order number 132F0018 and full type code, so there is no confusion with neighbouring sizes.
- Quantity, required delivery location in Oman or the GCC, and any delivery deadline.
- Whether an LCP keypad, decoupling plate or other accessories are needed.
- Motor nameplate data (kW, current, voltage) if you would like the selection double-checked.
- Whether you accept an equivalent current-generation code if this exact item is not on hand.

About brand
From its headquarters in Nordborg, Denmark, where it was founded in 1933, Danfoss makes the drives, valves and sensors found in pump rooms, chiller plants and cold stores. Its blue VLT frequency converters are probably the most familiar of them.
Seven Star LLC lists Danfoss VLT drives, pressure transmitters, refrigeration valves and HVAC control valves, and supplies them to contractors and plant owners in Oman against the exact code number on the label.
Danfoss product families on this page
Among the VLT drives listed, three are each aimed at a different duty: the VLT HVAC Drive FC 102 for fans and building services, the VLT AQUA Drive FC 202 for water and wastewater pumping, and the VLT AutomationDrive FC 302 for general industrial machinery. The LCP 12 control panel with potentiometer (code number 132B0101) is also listed; Danfoss specifies it for the VLT Micro Drive FC 51. In pressure measurement there are the MBS 3000 general purpose transmitter and the MBS 5100. Valves include the AB-QM pressure independent control valve in DN 15 to DN 250, the EVR 25 servo-operated solenoid valve and the ICV pilot-operated valve for industrial refrigeration.
Where Danfoss equipment is used
District cooling and chilled water plants, air handling units, booster and irrigation pump stations, desalination and wastewater works, ammonia and CO2 refrigeration plants, food storage and marine engine rooms are the usual places. Demand in the GCC is driven largely by cooling and water.
Ordering Danfoss parts: what we need
Every Danfoss product has a code number, and drives also carry a long type code string on the label. Send both. For a drive we need the motor power and current, the mains voltage, enclosure rating, any fieldbus or option card and the filter class. For an MBS transmitter give the pressure span, output signal, pressure connection and electrical connection. For valves give the size, connection type, coil voltage where relevant and the refrigerant or medium.
