Coriolis Mass Flowmeters

Coriolis flowmeters measure mass flow and density directly from the vibration of flow tubes, independent of fluid properties, for custody transfer, batching and process control. How to select a Coriolis flowmeter

Define flow range in kg/h, the fluid, density, viscosity, pressure and temperature, and the accuracy needed. Check pressure drop at maximum flow and choose tube material (316L, Hastelloy, tantalum). Specify the transmitter, outputs and protocols, hazardous area approval and any custody transfer certification.
