How to select a pressure transmitter

Define pressure type (gauge, absolute or differential), range, process temperature and medium. Choose accuracy, wetted materials and process connection, and add a diaphragm seal for viscous, corrosive or hot media. Specify output and protocol, electrical connection, hazardous area approval and any SIL requirement.
